Our Story
We are a couple who share a deep love for cheesecakes. Over the years, we’ve tried them at some of the most popular bakeries across Bangalore, only to be met with disappointment—something was always missing, whether it was the texture, the flavor, or that perfect melt-in-your-mouth experience.

One day, while savoring a cheesecake at a friend’s coffee shop, a thought struck: Maybe we could do better. With a passion for cooking and a knack for getting flavors just right, we took it as a challenge. The very next day, we gathered the finest ingredients and set out to craft our own cheesecake. The result? A dessert that not only met but exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family loved it, and their excitement gave us the confidence to perfect our recipe further.

We spent weeks refining every detail, incorporating feedback, and ensuring every bite delivered the rich, indulgent experience we had always craved. Soon, word spread, and in just a month and a half, we had sold over 150 cheesecakes—without even having a storefront. That’s when we knew we had something special.

And so, Say Cheese was born—a brand built on passion, perfection, and the belief that every cheesecake should be an experience worth savoring.
